Poole Yacht Club, Parkstone Yacht Club and the harbour’s marinas have different locations and visitor arrangements. Share the club, launch point or event when you enquire, then check access and transport directly with the organiser. Staying in Old Town does not include a berth, boat storage, trailer parking or permission to use club facilities.

A shared base after sailing

The kitchen, dining table and two lounges give a small team space to eat and relax between days afloat. We have welcomed visiting RNLI staff and members of Williams boat teams. This describes past stays only; it does not imply an official relationship with those organisations or any sailing club.

Beds, vehicles and wet equipment

Four bedrooms include two superkings, a double and bunks. If everyone needs a separate bed, send your requirements before booking rather than assuming a suitable layout is available. One parking space is available on request. Discuss wet kit, drying and equipment storage in advance: specialist drying rooms, secure boat-kit storage and multiple vehicle spaces are not advertised facilities.

The Mariners is at 24 Market Street, Poole Old Town. Standard beds are two superkings, a double and a bunk bed across four bedrooms. Requests for alternative sleeping arrangements must be agreed in advance and never increase the eight-guest maximum.

Whole-house rates start from £275 per night September–April and £385 per night May–August. July–August Friday and Saturday nights are £595; Christmas, New Year, Easter and bank holidays are quoted separately. Cleaning and laundry are £160 per booking. One dog may stay by prior agreement for £30. Ask about discounts for stays of more than seven nights.

The booking deposit is 25%, with the balance due six weeks before arrival, or full payment for bookings made within six weeks. A separate £300 refundable damage deposit applies. Your full quote, dates, any additional services and cancellation terms must be agreed before payment. An enquiry does not secure dates.

Check-in is from 3pm and checkout by 10am. The house has stairs, one parking space on request and a central location that can be lively. Parties and events are not permitted.
