Minimum stay: two nights.
Cleaning and laundry: £160 per booking.

Discounts are available for stays of more than seven nights. Please enquire for a quote for your dates.
Rates are for the whole house, per night. Christmas, New Year, Easter and bank holidays are quoted separately. Your full accommodation price, including cleaning and any agreed discount, is confirmed before you book.
Booking & payment
Enquire with your dates and guest numbers. Your hosts will confirm availability, the full price and booking terms, including cancellation and damage-deposit conditions, before you pay.
Booking deposit: 25% of your quoted booking total. Your dates are secured once the terms have been accepted, the required payment received and your hosts have confirmed your booking.
Balance: due six weeks before arrival. Bookings made within six weeks of arrival are payable in full.
Refundable damage deposit: £300. This is separate from your booking total and the £160 cleaning and laundry charge, and is collected before your stay. The payment date is confirmed with your booking. It is returned within seven days after checkout once the house has been checked, subject to any deductions explained under your agreed booking terms.
