Dog-Friendly Accommodation in Poole
Choose a whole-house stay in Poole Old Town with one well-behaved dog by prior agreement. The Mariners welcomes up to eight guests, with a private courtyard and the Quay a short walk away.

A house to share, with clear arrangements
A dog-friendly holiday should be straightforward to organise. Tell us about your dog when you enquire, before you book. The agreed dog charge is £30 per stay, in addition to accommodation and cleaning. The house is shared only by your own group, with two lounges and a kitchen for meals at your own pace. The courtyard is an outdoor sitting space; it is not advertised as a secure dog exercise area.
Before you bring your dog
Bring your dog’s own bedding and keep them off beds and furniture. Dogs must not be left unattended in the house, so plan meals and outings accordingly. Clear up promptly, bag all dog waste and use a public dog-waste bin or public litter bin that accepts it. Do not use the property’s indoor bins or household wheelie bins for dog waste.
Plan outings around your dog
Old Town and the harbour make a useful starting point for walks, but check each attraction, boat operator and restaurant’s pet policy before setting out. Beach access rules can vary by beach and season. Ask the relevant operator rather than assuming dogs can join every activity. For longer coastal outings, choose a route that suits your dog and allow time to return together.
